If you could instantly master one skill outside of finance, what would it be?

General contractor. I’m pretty handy, but if I could magically build a cabinet, redo drywall, construct a shed, or knock down and rebuild a room, it would be a huge time and money saver!

What’s a financial value you live by in your own life?

We give generously to charity. It’s rewarding to volunteer and support causes that have touched our family. We especially love supporting our friends in organizations that have impacted their lives!

When you are not in the office, what are you most passionate about?

Spending time with my wife, Nicole, and our three daughters—Millie and twins Olive and Parker. Weekends are filled with trying new baked goods recipes, grilling, getting together with friends and family, or fixing things around the house. I am a summer camp counselor and volunteer for many events with the Angel Foundation, a local cancer charity.

Helping to simplify and narrow the financial field. I enjoy being able to reframe a complex process into the simple steps a client will experience as they navigate a given situation.
